Diego Rivera - New York City construction watercolors (1931)
These watercolors over rough on-site sketches were produced as reference for the three New York-themed frescoes painted by the revolutionary Mexican artist Diego Rivera for a 1931-32 exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art. They are on display at MoMA as part of its Rivera retrospective through May 2012.
