There’s a significant difference in tone between Soviet and Anglo-American anti-Nazi propaganda. 
Anglo: “Give Hitler a jolly good slap!”

Soviet: “Stab him in the fucking lungs, shit in his helmet, mail it to his family. Postal instructions at bottom of poster.”
